By accessing and placing an order with Spec Interior, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Spec Interior.

2. Products

All products sold on Spec Interior are handcrafted from natural cane, bamboo, and other organic materials. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• Minor variations in color, texture, weave pattern, and dimensions are inherent and not considered defects.
• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from the photographs.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made at the time of placing an order via the available payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery where available).
• Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay. Spec Interior does not store your payment card details.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our production/packing queue. Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@specinterior.com.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Spec Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
