Ready-to-Ship Items: All standard orders are processed, quality-checked, and securely packed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Since some of our larger cane pieces or custom light fixtures are woven to order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before shipment. You will receive a notification the moment your order is ready to head your way.
We offer calculated shipping rates based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Note on Bulky Items: Large items like delicate cane lampshades and oversized wall decor require specialized, heavy-duty packaging to prevent crushing. If an item requires special handling, a note will be visible on the product page.

International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Spec Interior is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven't received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@specinterior.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
Natural Variations: Please note that cane and bamboo are organic materials. Minor variations in color, natural shading, and weave patterns are characteristic of handcrafted items and celebrate their unique identity rather than being considered defects.
Damaged Items: We take exceptional care in packing fragile cane structures. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@specinterior.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and the condition of the exterior box. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
