Return & Refund Policy

At Spec Interior, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade cane and bamboo products. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized cane orders
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale

3. The Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at support@specinterior.com within your return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Natural Variations (Important Disclaimer)

Cane and bamboo are natural materials. Minor variations in weave pattern, color shading, natural blemishes, or slight dimensional differences (within a reasonable margin) are inherent characteristics of handmade sustainable decor.

These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for a "defective item" free return.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
