🌿 Product & Craftsmanship
Are your products completely handmade?

Yes! Every single item at Spec Interior is crafted by hand by skilled artisans. Because they are handmade, no two pieces are 100% identical. Each item carries its own unique character and minor variations in weave, color, and texture.

Will the color of the cane change over time?

Cane and bamboo are natural, organic materials. Over time, exposure to natural light can cause the material to mature into a slightly deeper, richer golden tone. This is completely natural and adds to the vintage charm of the product.

How do I clean and maintain my cane products?

Cane is highly durable but loves a little care:

  • For daily dust: Use a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristle brush to clean the dust out of the crevices.
  • For deeper cleaning: Wipe gently with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not soak or use harsh chemical cleaners.
  • Keep it dry: Ensure the product stays away from prolonged moisture or direct rain to prevent mold.
💡 Lighting & Installation
Do your cane lamps come with electrical fixtures?

Yes, our cane pendant lights and lampshades come complete with standard electrical fixtures (holder, wire, and ceiling cap). Note: Bulbs are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.

What kind of bulb should I use with a cane lampshade?

We highly recommend using warm LED bulbs. LEDs stay cool, making them completely safe for natural materials like cane and bamboo, while casting a beautiful, cozy shadow pattern on your walls.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 2–4 business days, with standard delivery taking another 5–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: Since custom or larger items are woven from scratch, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Because cane is lightweight and structural, transit can occasionally be rough. Don't worry! Take clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior box, and email us at support@specinterior.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that because our products require large boxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an item has been processed or shipped out by our logistics partners, it cannot be canceled.
